1. Sign In & Confirm the Correct Edition

Open the VUI primary start URL and sign in.Confirm the company/client name shown is correct.Open the account menu and confirm you are the intended Owner/Admin.Confirm the expected VUI build/version is loaded.Open Business, Commerce & Growth, Product & Software Launch, AI and Creator once to confirm they load.

2. Company & Business Profile

Open Admin & Company Control.Enter legal/company name and operating/brand names.Add business contact information.Set country, currency, timezone and date format.Add approved logos/branding.Add additional businesses/brands that use this edition.Test the Company / Business Switcher.

3. Users, Roles & Approvals

Verify the primary Owner account.Add Admin/Management/team users who need access.Assign least-privilege roles.Set module visibility and permissions.Configure approval requirements for publishing, money/spend, destructive actions, integrations and security changes.Test one non-owner account.Review active sessions and remove obsolete access.

4. VIA & AI Foundation

Open AI Command Center and VIA.Confirm the correct business/company context.Open Brand Brain and enter approved business facts, offers, audience, tone, URLs and prohibited claims.Ask VIA to summarize the business back to you and correct inaccuracies.Review Specialist AI Workforce and VUI Agent Hub.Keep Agent Workspace supervised/approval-based at first.If Agent Builder is enabled, keep new agents Draft/Paused until tested.

5. Products, Stores & Marketplaces

Open Product & Commerce Studio and import/add products and services.Add primary websites and store URLs.Connect Shopify or other supported storefronts.Connect Etsy if used.Connect eBay if used.Connect AutoDS or supported supplier systems if used.Run a small catalog sync and confirm correct business/store assignment.

6. Social, Email & Analytics

Open Connected Apps & Integrations.Connect Facebook/Instagram where used.Connect Pinterest where used.Connect TikTok where used.Connect YouTube where used.Connect email/marketing services.Connect Google Analytics / GA4.Connect Google Search Console.Connect PostHog if used.Run Integration Audit and clear critical connection warnings.

7. Configure Main Operating Modules

Configure Business Operations and Work Center.Configure Accounting Pro and opening balances/settings.Import current CRM leads/customers.Configure Calendar.Configure Product Research and Product Tracker.Set primary website/market in SEO tools.Configure Social Command Center.Configure Ads Command Center budget/approval controls.Configure Lead Scorecard Studio and Smart Form Builder if lead generation is used.Configure Email & Journey Center and UGC Campaign Manager if lifecycle/content campaigns are used.Configure Google Shopping & Product Feeds and Affiliate & Referral Commerce where applicable.Add priority competitors to Competitor Radar.Create baseline metrics in Analytics & Feedback Center.Review Workflow Builder & Runner, Reliability Center and Infrastructure & Deployment Center before enabling high-impact automation.Set Document AI & Review Inbox review rules for important documents.Connect Reputation & CX sources if used.Confirm Creator Studio brand/production defaults.

8. Automation & Intelligence Controls

Review all existing Automation Center rules before enabling them.Set triggers, conditions, approval gates and stop conditions.Set spending/automation limits.Configure Automatic Operations, scheduled briefs and backups.Start Business Autopilot in supervised mode.Set goals in Growth OS / VUI Growth Engine.Configure alerts/notifications and Daily Brief.Keep public publishing and financial/security changes approval-protected until proven.

9. Import Existing Data

Import existing products/services.Import existing customers/leads/business records.Import or attach current marketing/brand information.Enter/import required accounting opening data.Check for duplicates and wrong-company assignment.

10. Test Before Go-Live

Create the first full backup.Review Security & Users.Review Activity History.Complete Guide Center / Help & Onboarding.Run full Integration/System check.Fix critical warnings and disconnected services.Set the edition LIVE when ready.Start the first Daily Brief.Start Business Autopilot in supervised mode.Review the first day of approvals/executions/automations before increasing autonomy.
